Start Family Application$500 New Family Registration Retainer
A mandatory, non-refundable $500 retainer is required to start the placement process. The $500 retainer is deducted from the selected package total. Applicable taxes are additional. The retainer covers administrative processing, recruiting efforts, candidate sourcing, family onboarding, scheduling coordination, placement support, profile review, staffing coordination and matching services.
Option A: Pay the $500 retainer to activate the search now. The retainer is deducted from the selected package total, and applicable taxes are additional. Once paid, you can view featured candidate profiles and choose candidates to meet over Zoom. The remaining balance must be paid in full before a paid trial, the candidate's first day, an in-person meeting, or receiving the candidate's contact information.
Option B: Pay the full package upfront. The Agency will provide candidates available for immediate placement or who can start right away. This option is often selected by families with infants and newborns seeking baby nurses, or families needing immediate temporary placement.
The full placement invoice must be paid before the candidate's first official working day.
Accepted Payments: Zelle · Venmo · Bank Transfer · Approved Agency Payment Methods. All Agency fees are final and non-refundable. Packages include replacement support instead of refunds.

02Candidate Search
We source, screen and present qualified candidates.
03Interviews
Meet selected candidates through Zoom interviews.
04Selection & Trials
Select your candidate and complete paid trials after the agency invoice has been paid in full.
05Final Payment
Pay the remaining balance before your candidate's first official working day.
