Night nanny rates across Miami-Dade

Families in Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, Pinecrest, Aventura and Bal Harbour typically fall within the same 2026 range. The low end is usually an experienced night nanny caring for one baby; the high end is a certified newborn care specialist, caregivers caring for twins, or very short-notice bookings.

Most Miami families book three to five nights a week for the first 8–12 weeks, then taper off as the baby sleeps longer stretches. Some families book seven nights for the first two weeks after birth.

Hourly pay goes directly to the caregiver. The agency placement fee is a separate, one-time flat fee — not a percentage of salary.
